Why IA Pro Exists: We Build Apps, Systems and AI Automation

Before we took on a single client, we had to build the apps and automated systems behind our own ventures. That is where IA Pro came from, and why we build the way we do.

Most AI agencies start with a pitch deck. IA Pro started with our own backlog.

The Impactors Academy runs several ventures, and every one of them needed software before it needed anything else. So we built it ourselves: the apps, the systems behind them, and the automation that keeps them running without a person doing the same task every day. IA Pro is what happened when people outside the team kept asking the same question: can you build this for us?

We build apps and systems

Automation is only useful if there is a solid system underneath it. That is why building software comes first for us.

LOC, our travel platform, is a good example. We built the whole thing: the public website in four languages, the API behind it, search across its listings, the admin dashboard the team uses to manage stays and inquiries, and the email that tells a host when a traveller writes. We run it in production and fix it when it breaks.

What we build for clients:

  • Web apps and platforms. Customer-facing products, marketplaces and member areas, built to be maintained, not just launched.

  • Automated systems. Software that runs a process end to end on its own: takes an input, does the work, checks the result, and hands a person only the decisions that need one.

  • Custom internal tools and dashboards. For teams that need to see their numbers and act on them without five spreadsheets.

  • Infrastructure. Self-hosted systems on open standards, from deployment to monitoring, that you own.

We automate the repetitive work

On top of the systems, we automate the tasks people repeat every week:

  • Content and social automation. Multi-platform publishing that keeps a brand active without the manual overhead. We run it on ourselves, which is why it is our first offer for solo founders and creators.

  • Workflow automation. n8n, integrations and custom pipelines that remove repetitive work between the tools you already use.

  • AI agents. Agents for research, outreach, content, support and internal operations.

  • Lead generation and enrichment. Tools that find, qualify and enrich leads.

What running it ourselves taught us

In August 2026 we built our own content pipeline, from spotting a news item to a finished post in the right voice. Three lessons from that build now shape every project.

Quality has to be checked in code. Asking a model whether its own draft is good gets you a model that says yes. We check drafts with deterministic rules before and after every rewrite, and anything that fails twice goes to a person.

Silent failure is the worst kind. When we audited our news sources, 6 of the 14 feeds we relied on were dead. The system would have reported success every day. Now anything that can fail silently has to prove it is alive.

Ship the smallest version that works. After two months on the full automation, we changed course: a person approves each post and an AI assistant publishes it. A live, approved post today beat a perfect pipeline next quarter.

How we work

Self-hosted and open-source first. That usually means lower long-term costs and no vendor lock-in, and you own every layer of what we build.

Every project follows five steps: discovery, proposal, build, handover, monitoring. We document as we go and stay hands-on until the system does what you need.

We will also tell you when not to automate. Some steps should stay human, like final approval of anything published under your name. And if a checklist will do the job better than an agent, we will say so.

Questions founders ask us

What does IA Pro build?

Apps, platforms, automated systems, internal tools and AI agents, plus the automation that connects them. We built and ran each kind on our own ventures first.

Who is IA Pro for?

Solo founders and creators first, then startups, agencies and small and medium businesses that want to move faster and do less manual work.

Do you only do AI automation?

No. Building apps and systems is a core part of what we do. Automation and AI agents work best on top of software that was built properly, and we build both.

What does a first project look like?

We start with discovery: the task or product you need, how it works today and what it costs you. Then a proposal, the build, a handover with documentation, and monitoring once it is live.

We automate manual and repetitive tasks with AI, and build effective AI agents and systems for entrepreneurs, creators, businesses, and brands.

If you need an app built, a system that runs itself, or a task you never want to touch again, book a call with us.
